Our Training Camps are also a great way to test Red Bull Energy Drink and Hammer Nutrition Australia while out on our course under the guidance of our experienced coaches. We split the groups into fitness levels to ensure you get the most out of your training day or don’t feel pressured to push too hard. We stop regularly to let you catch your breath but also have the opportunity to pick the brains of your coaches and connect with your newfound trail running buddies in your group.

We look after our groups, have loads of laughs, and talk about everything trail running and BTU. You’ll have a ball! Plus, we find those runners who do attend our Training camps have a better experience at the BTU and often end up on our podiums!
