Reesha Lewis Hammer Nutrition Athlete Plan BTU60 and B100

We’ve had a chance to catch up with the busy Reesha Lewis, BTU60 winner, and Blackall 100 record smasher, and ask her about her nutrition plan for her ultra-endurance events. We asked her how she fuelled the BTU60 differently from the B100 and how she will fuel the BTU110 in 2022. This was Reesha’s nutrition strategy plan below for those two different distances.

Nutrition strategy BTU 60

(Each runner will need to test this themselves in training). Reesha started with a small amount of Heed and kept increasing the amount until it was correct for her. You can check out the guidelines to making up your Heed Mixture on the Hammer Nutrition Website
